SBU Eats is taking hospitality to a whole new level! Seawolves can enjoy refreshed menus, remodeled dining spaces and innovative meal-ordering options. From the stylish redesign of East and West Side dine-in, now more spacious and welcoming than ever, to the unique table service experience at Nathan’s Famous at East Side, there’s always something fresh to explore. Coffee lovers can savor expertly crafted beverages with the arrival of the Nescafé® Core Barista at the campus markets. At the center of campus, SAC Food Court’s bold new grill concept, FLAME, is igniting taste buds with mouthwatering flavors.

Our team worked tirelessly over the summer, using valuable feedback from students, faculty, and staff to create dining spaces that are not only refreshed but truly welcoming. Stylish Redesign at East and West Side Dine-in
East Side and West Side dine-in locations have been completely transformed over the summer, unveiling a fresh new look with more spacious, welcoming interiors designed to inspire connection and build community.
Nathan’s Famous Introduces Table Service at East Side
Nathan’s Famous has opened at East Side Dining, next to Carvel at the back of the boulevard. What makes this location unique among other campus retail spaces is that it offers a table service option. Guests scan the QR code at their table, browse the menu and place their orders from their phones. The SBU Eats team then prepares and delivers the food directly to each guest’s table. This new style of service is the first of its kind at Stony Brook University and offers the convenience of not waiting in line. The full-service menu features a variety of classic hot dogs, fried shrimp and more.
New Nescafé® Barista Experience Arrives at the Markets
Experience quality and craftsmanship in every cup with Nescafé® Core Barista. From rich espresso and creamy cappuccinos to smooth lattes, hot chocolate and aromatic coffee blends, there is something for every taste. With the simple touch of a button, this innovative brewer quickly delivers a hot, delicious beverage with minimal waste at the Market at West Side, the Emporium Market at East Side and the Administration Building Marketplace.
Feel the Heat: FLAME Ignites the SAC Food Court with Bold New Flavors
The SAC Food Court is turning up the heat with a sizzling new grill concept! FLAME serves bold flavors and mouthwatering classics, such as juicy burgers, crispy fries and signature chicken sandwiches crafted to perfection. Whether you’re in the mood for a timeless favorite or a fresh twist on comfort food, FLAME is sure to keep you coming back for more.
SBU Eats Food Trucks — Culinary Creativity on Wheels
Get a taste of culinary creativity on wheels with the vibrant lineup of food trucks parked right here on campus! This year, the lineup gets even sweeter with the arrival of the David’s Cookies Trailer, serving up fresh-baked treats and irresistible snacks. You’ll also find Anona, known for globally inspired quesadillas and refreshing smoothies; Chatime, the go-to for bubble teas and specialty drinks; Halal Wayz, dishing out bold, spice-packed halal favorites; and Ain Food Truck, beloved for its homestyle Asian fusion flavors. These food trucks bring together culture, community and connection for every Seawolf.
